Delivery Coverage

Most online stores in the UAE deliver nationwide, including major cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. Delivery to remote areas or free zones (such as JAFZA or DAFZA) may require additional customs procedures and fees, which are usually paid by the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within cities typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to other emirates may take 3–5 days. Remote areas can take up to 7–15 days depending on location. Express delivery (same-day or next-day) is often available in major cities for an additional fee.

Payment

We accept online payment only. Available payment methods include:

• Visa and MasterCard (debit or credit)

• Apple Pay and Google Pay

• Secure checkout via our payment provider

Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid at checkout to ensure faster processing and reduce failed deliveries. All prices shown on the website include VAT (5%).

Delivery Fees

The customer covers the delivery cost. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of the order. In most cases, delivery within the UAE costs AED 15–30. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain threshold, which will be indicated at checkout.

Additional fees may apply for large items or deliveries to remote areas and free zones.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Our fulfillment center operates from Monday to Saturday.

VAT and Customs

All product prices include UAE VAT (5%). Orders shipped to free zones or certain regions may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
