Exchange & Return Policy

We care about your satisfaction. If something doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, items with signs of wear, perfume, or stains cannot be accepted.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at [your email or contact form] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you request an exchange and the new item is available, we will ship it once the original item is received and inspected.

  • If the requested size or item is out of stock, we can issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send you the correct product at no extra cost.
